Our Language Centre teaching staff are:

• Highly-qualified Russian teachers, graduates of leading Russian universities, and specialists in linguistics, philology, and teaching foreign languages. They have international language (CAE, CPE, IELTS, TOEFL, DELF, DALF, Test DAF, ZOP, KDS, GDS) and teaching (TKT, TESOL, CELTA, DELTA) certificates, as well as extensive experience in teaching foreign languages to adult professionals.
• Experienced native speakers with certificates that allow them to teach their native language to foreign students (TKT, TESOL, CELTA, DELTA). They have taught adult students in Russia and abroad and have at least 900 hours teaching experience.

All teachers undergo rigorous hiring procedures. Their resumes are thoroughly examined for relevant experience and qualifications, and they are subject to interviews on methodology as well as demonstration lessons. They participate in IPT's (International Professional Training) tutorial workshops and collaborate with educational supervisors. Lesson observations are held for quality control and further development.
Many of our teachers, both Russian and native speakers, have obtained other degrees besides teaching, and have work experience in professional occupational fields such as: law, finance, economics, entrepreneurship, science, information technology and electrical engineering.

Teaching approaches and lesson format
Our courses are based on the communicative approach which helpsstudents not only remember the material, but also correctly use it in speech. This in-depth interaction is uniqely motivating and it provides for more efficient and productive lessons. All classes are held in the study language, as it is conducive to full immersion.
Addionally, we incorporate innovative technology and the latest linguistic and methodological research in our language teaching approach.
We also understand that each student is different, which is why we chose the most suitable approach and teaching techniques, taking into consideration learning habits, personality, receptivity and other factors relevant to foreign language learning.
