There are two ways of registering for Cambridge ESOL exams:
1) Group Registration

For organisations or institutions that are registering a number of candidates.
2) Individual Registration

For individuals who are entering the exam on their own.

To register for exams :

• Fill in the appropriate registration form listed below:
  • Group Registration form
  • Individual Registration form
  • TKT registration form
• Send your completed registration form to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or bring your completed registration form to our IPT (International Professional Training) office. 

• Sign a contract with IPT (International Professional Training) for taking the Cambridge ESOL exam.

Payment can be made in two ways:

• At the IPT (International Professional Training) office in Moscow, Monday to Thursday, 10.00 am to 18.30 pm or Friday, 10.00 am to 17.00 pm.

• By bank transfer Payment form.

Attention:

1. Candidates will be officially registered only after receipt of the following three documents: registration form, signed contract and receipt of payment.
2. Payments by transfer will be subject to additional bank charges.
3. You will receive your Statement of Entry and your scheduled exam time at least two weeks before the date of the exam.
4. Dates for the written portions of the exam papers are given in advance and cannot be changed.
5. Please check that you are able to attend on the scheduled dates before you register as entries cannot be trasferred from one examination session to a later one or to a different level of examination.
6. Listening and Speaking tests usually take place on different dates from written papers.
7. Candidates who are absent for health reasons are entitled to a partial refund.
8. Two weeks before the first examination date, you will receive your Statement of Entry and Notice to Candidates with all details of the time and venue of your examination.
9. Please make sure that you read the Notice to Candidates carefully.

Results:

• The Statements of Results are released about 8 to 10 weeks after the examination. These results are provisional and are subject to amendment by Cambridge ESOL prior to the issue of certificates. ESOL Certificates are issued about four to six weeks after the Statement of Results.
• The Statements of Results are sent to each individual candidate.
• If you lose your certificate, you may apply through the Local Secretary for a Certified Statement of Results, for which you are expected to pay an additional fee.

Candidates’ answers and other work done by candidates as part of the examination remain the property of Cambridge ESOL and under no circumstances will these be released to candidates, schools or test centers.
